How does table detection work?
The tool reads every text element with its exact coordinates, groups them into rows and columns by alignment, and rebuilds the table. Clean digital PDFs convert beautifully.
Why is my converted table messy?
Scanned PDFs (images of pages) contain no extractable text — they need OCR, which browsers cannot do well yet. Multi-column layouts and merged cells can also confuse detection.
Is my bank statement safe here?
Yes. Extraction runs entirely in your browser using pdf.js. Your document is never uploaded — a fundamental difference from other converters.
